ONLINE REGISTRATION

LeagueGM offers complete online registration of athletes, coaches, officials and administrators. To simplify the registration process, LeagueGM allows for registration of an entire family, eliminating repetitive entries since many families share common information such as their address and phone number. Families can submit and maintain each member's personal information, including updates to phone number, address, email and other important details. Each family member can have a different phone number, email address or any other piece of information.

Step 1- Enter Family Name

Step 3- Complete Registration Form

Enter personal information. Note that a second email address can be stored.

Step 4- Finalize Registration

Registrants may either finalize their registration or return to previous screens to edit information before finalizing their registration.

Step 5 – Print Registration

Print form (if required) and follow instructions that are stated in the Registration Application.
