The Head Referee and Officials Assignor can monitor detailed statistics on each official's attendance & performance. Coaches can evaluate officials on the following criteria: attendance, fitness, control of the game, attitude and overall performance. Officials with poorer attendance & performance records can be identified early in the season and monitored.
